All black bear hunts are conducted spot and stalk from skiffs that enable your guide to look in all the out-of-the-way places for that one special bear. There is no reason to take a small bear on this hunt as the majority of the bears taken on this hunt average 6 to 7 feet squared. Most bears are jet black with very little color phase and virtually no rubbing of hides.

After an exciting day glassing for bear there is nothing better than returning to the yacht where you can try your hand at fishing, have your favorite beverage while you relax and enjoy the scenery and marine life that is so abundant in this region.
